It begins with where you are, taking a look at your assumptions and difficulties with being able to see yourself objectively. You will explore ways of stepping outside yourself for perspective. You will learn how to deal with what you see and not “lose” it. You will loosen your fixed identity and open to a more genuine, realistic, and grounded self, capable of achieving realistic goals of happiness, success, and meaning.
