In What Direction Are You Moving?

What is the first thought you have in the morning? What is the first action you take when you awake? The answers to these two very simple questions are a good indicator of which direction your day will go. You see, our thoughts clearly guide us through our daily lives. It is very obvious if you take a moment to observe, we move in the direction of our dominant thoughts. That is why it is critical to use the process of the Hypnotic Formula and self-hypnosis to reprogram our subconscious minds. If you program your subconscious mind with positive thought habits and action habits, the end result is you will begin to move your life in the directions of those thoughts.
I recall a conversation I had with a friend in which I asked him; If you wake up with a grumpy attitude, and the feeling that it’s going to be another lousy day, how can you expect the day to turn out any other way but lousy? The fact is we set ourselves up for failure when we expect it. It’s a mental expectation and it works for us whether we have positive mental expectations or negative. Whatever we think, we will move in that direction and the reality of our original thoughts becomes manifest in the physical world. The best way to prevent the negative expectations is to change your thought habits at the level of the subconscious mind.
This can be done with persistent use of the Hypnotic Formula and the consistent practice of self-hypnosis. Our subconscious mind is nothing more than a servo-mechanism. It’s your servant! If you unconsciously command your servant to create a bad day through the images you deliver to it, what do you expect the servant to do? It will gladly oblige you. There is no way of getting around this fact. The first step is to realize that you, and only you, are the cause for your life. We live in a world of cause and effect and the sooner you realize that you are the cause for your life, the quicker you can begin the process of change through the repetitive use of the Hypnotic Formula.
Setting yourself up for a successful life is much easier than you may think. The first step is to get in the moment with conscious awareness. Start thinking consciously, rather than reacting unconsciously. The next step is simple. It’s nothing more than creating positive expectations at the subconscious level and then executing the action, or fourth step of the Hypnotic Formula, to attain whatever it is you original created in the form of a thought, or image. Self-Hypnosis is a form of meditation that should be practiced on a regular basis, if not daily. When you practice self-hypnosis, after clearly identifying your purpose and identifying the path to attainment, you will begin the process of cause. You essentially are the cause of your life. The attainment of your purpose, through the use of self-hypnosis, is the effect.
Allow yourself to imagine without conditions, because it is within your imagination you can create a lifeof unlimited wonder. Your imagination is not bound by critical thinking when you use it in self-hypnosis. Think of all the grand things you want to bring into your life at the first step of the Hypnotic Formula. Be bold and believe in yourself and develop conviction through emotional attachment to the belief and the original thought you created. Then meditate on that image and you will soon see that there is no barrier to what you can create through the positive, constructive use of your subconscious mind. The image you consistently reveal to your subconscious mind, through self-hypnosis, will soon be embedded, and blueprinted in your subconscious mind.
There is no end to the splendor you can create, as long as you understand it is the direction of your dominant thoughts, in which your mind will take you. If you have a clear understanding of that fact, why would anyone want to harbor negative thinking in their subconscious mind? I know what you’re saying… I don’t want to harbor negative thoughts in my mind. They are already there from my child hood. I get that, and I am here to tell you that you have the power to change those thoughts. If you truly want to take your life in a new, positive direction, learn the steps of the Hypnotic Formula and begin the process of changing through hypnotic suggestion and self-hypnosis.
So I ask you; in what direction are you moving? It’s inevitable, we are creators. We just need to understand how to harness the creative genius that exists within each one of us. Move in the direction of your new positive thoughts, by reprogramming your subconscious mind. Do this with the four steps of the Hypnotic Formula and the repetitive, effective use of self-hypnosis. Your life will become one of amazing results. You will live in joy, happiness, and splendor because you will have uncovered the secret to controlling the world around you. In doing so, you will realize it all begins by controlling the world within you first. And now you have understanding and the means to do just that!
